We met Pat at a townhouse he showed us, maybe through Redfin, in Agoura Hills. It wasn't at all right for us, but we had a nice conversation with him and told him what we were looking for, and decided to work with him. Pat was very patient, and drove long distances at inconvenient times to see houses with us, as far as Inglewood (his office is in Westlake), and elsewhere. He supported our search and put in offers late at night and then was supportive if we decided to back out of the bidding wars. Ultimately, he was able to help us negotiate and purchase our condo in Sherman Oaks.
